Key Stage 1 (KS1) is Years 1 and 2, 5–7 year olds. Key Stage 2 (KS2) is Years 3–6, 7–11 year olds. Key Stage 3 (KS3) is Years 7–9, 11–14 year olds.
Go to the page of the book you wish to order. If the book is available as both a printed book and an e-book, you will first need to select a format. Place Add to Cart to add the book to your Shopping Cart.
Before you can Proceed to Checkout, you will need click on ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’ in the Summary box and specify your country. You can also apply a discount code in this box.
You can then Proceed to Checkout.
We ask you to set up an account so that:
- You can download e-books. Simply log into your account and click on the ‘My Downloadable Products’ in the menu. Click on the file name, under the title of the book you wish to download.
- View your order history, account information and saved addresses.
- You can also add items to your own personal wish list (useful if you don’t have your credit card handy when you are looking on the site!)
- View your saved product reviews.
- Manage your newsletter subscription.
Setting up an account is simple. All we ask for is your name and email address. You will need to create a password, which you will need to log on to your account in future. (If you forget your password there is a handy ‘Forgot Your Password?’ button.)

We are happy to invoice UK schools. On the Checkout page, under Payment methods, click on the Purchase Order option. You will be asked to supply a purchase order number.
If you a non-UK school and don't have the facility to pay by credit card or Paypal, we can send you a pro-forma invoice. When we receive your money via bank transfer, we will ship the books to you.
Our postage and packing costs for orders placed on the website depend on the weight of the order. In the Shopping Cart you will need click on ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’ in the Summary box and specify your country so that the postage and packaging and tax (if any) can be added.

Deliveries to Europe are by Whistl tracked international. This service takes between 7-10 workings days for delivery. This service is not fully trackable, it is a receipt upon delivery.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World are made by 3-day courier service.
For UK customers, books and e-books are currently zero rated and VAT is only charged on the items including CDs/DVDs. Customers from the European Union will be charged VAT on e-books according to their country of residence. If you are ordering from the UK or from an EU country and have a VAT number, please could you put this in the 'Comments' box on the order form.
We do not send out ‘inspection copies’, rather we send out the items you are interested in with an invoice so you then have 30 days for evaluation. Any items you do not wish to keep must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in good condition and suitable for resale, together with our invoice. Customers must pay for the return postage.
If you will need longer than 30 days for evaluation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We appreciate that sometimes customers find goods ordered from catalogues or via the web don’t meet their needs when they receive them. We are therefore happy to refund your money, providing you return the books to us within 30 days of receipt in good condition and suitable for resale, together with our invoice. Customers must pay for the return postage. Please pack your returns carefully since we are unable to give credit for damaged books.

Bookshops wishing to return books must write asking for permission first and quote the original invoice number.
